I am a musician with considerable experience in Live performance – bass, drums, guitar, keyboards. I also have many years of experience in writing, recording and producing music. I started at a very young age and can play a variety of different instruments today. These include many percussive instruments, such as: bongos, Congas, and just about anything you can shake rattle or roll. Except for piano (grade 5) I am self-taught musician. I have a very good ear, and if I need to, I can pick up stuff very quickly on any of the instruments mentioned above. I have a degree in music production & sound engineering. As music is my full time career, I have good year-round availability, with my own transport and owning many instruments. Music has always been my life, and long may it continue to be so

Hello again Alan, I just wanted to thank you once again for the brilliant job you did for us at the recording session last Weds. Not only did you turn up to the studio well rehearsed and ahead of time, but after setting up your instruments you were able help out with some of the microphone placements. Alan came along to our local hall with his band last month and provided a brilliant evening of great music for my sister's birthday party. The band were timely, professional and above all kick-ass!! The music had everyone up dancing for the entire night, and the band reacted well to the bombardment of requests that were thrown at them throughout. He and his band pulled out all the stops, so it is without question that I would book them again or indeed recommend them for any future events. Simply unforgettable! Best wishes, P ;)
