I’ve been playing the bagpipes since I was 10 years old and for the last 16, I’ve been Pipe Major of the local Isle of Skye Pipe Band. I’ve piped at many weddings and elopements and work regularly with local photographers and celebrants. I can guide you through chosing the correct tune for your occasion and help you enjoy the day to the fullest. Professional and punctual and providing the service that experience brings. It is such a pleasure to be able to pipe for couples of families wanting to experience the great highland bagpipe, an instrument so steeped in Scottish music and culture. If you have kids, I have no issue allowing them to try and play them!

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

Not an issue within reason. I’m very flexible.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

How much time do you need to set up?

5-10 minutes to tune up but I try to do that before anyone arrives.

Can I pick the pieces you play from the set list?

Absolutely. I’m happy to talk you through the popular choices but if you have favourites, that’s not a problem.

Do you bring all the equipment you need to perform?

Yes - I’ll be in my kilt and have my bagpipes!

Can you learn specific pieces before the event?

Within reason, yes. I require plenty of notice.
