I am an accomplished pianist based in Greater Manchester. With over 30 years of experience playing all over the world and Cruise Ships. I have a wide and eclectic repertoire of music. From Classic Jazz, to Contemporary Pop to Rock Classics and Film themes. I have a smooth and expressive style and I pride myself in playing with emotion and putting my heart and soul into every performance. From the moment I listened to Adrian's demo I knew he was exactly what I had in mind for entertainment at my 50th birthday party. I paid a small deposit straight away through Poptop to secure a booking and Adrian contacted me the next day to start discussing the types of music we had in mind. He played popular hits from tv shows, old classics like Sweet Home Alabama and a range of rock/pop. He was open to any suggestions I made and even offered to play requests on the night. He was easily contactable through email or phone and we spoke 2-3 times before the event. Despite a very wet and windy evening (and a really long return trip from Manchester to Harrogate) Adrian arrived, along with his piano, well before the party to set up and played 2 x 45 minute sets for us. Despite there being a lot of chatter we could still hear him with the addition of his speaker; Adrian suggested we may need this in a room full of people which he was absolutely right about. My guests enjoyed your playing immensely, and I've had lots of lovely comments about the atmosphere you helped to create. Thank you Adrian, you are a truly talented gent!

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

I always try to be flexible to help ensure your event runs as smoothly as possible. If timings change slightly in the run up to the event just let me know

How much time do you need to set up?

30-45 minutes

If I have a piano at my venue, are you happy to perform on that?

Yes, as long as its in working order and in Tune, I amm happy to play on it.

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

If you have any specific genres you prefer, or lets say for example you love Meatloaf, I am happy to tailor the performance to your needs.

Are you able to bring your own piano or keyboard?

Yes I have my own digital piano

Can you learn song requests before the event?

Yes I am happy to learn songs if I do not already know them before the event, I just charge a little extra, normally just an extra £50 depending on how many tunes I have to learn!

What do your clients love most about your performances?

My versatility and the feeling I put into the music.

Which venues have you performed at in the past?

So many to mention, I have performed at many weddings and functions over the years, My most proud achievements are playing as a cocktail pianist for the cruise ships for a number of years.

Which artists have you been most influenced by?

Billy Joel/Elton John and many jazz musicians such as dave brubeck and scot joplin

What is the most high profile gig you've performed?

I once played to a packed crowd at the Duelling Piano Bar at the Harrahs Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, right on the strip and it was an amazing experience
