Born in Nottingham, and still resident in the East Midlands, Adrian Dobson has been performing for over 30 years and has a wide range of experience as an actor, singer, musician, teacher and director. Musical Theatre is his forte, and he has portrayed roles ranging from Gilbert & Sullivan (e.g. Frederick in "Pirates of Penzance" and Nanki Poo in "The Mikado") to modern musical theatre (e.g. "Anatoly Sergievsky - The Russian in "Chess" and Pirelli in "Sweeney Todd"). He has a strong lyrical tenor voice with a large range, and has undertaken numerous concerts both as a soloist and as part of numerous groups and choirs, and performing all over the UK and with some international experience in France, Germany, Spain & the USA. He plays piano and has both accompanied and performed as a musician in various genre, adding to this is his composition of a number of works. He is a qualified teacher of snging, holding an LTCL teaching diploma. Adrian is a hard working individual and is always open to any options, subject to availability.
