Adam is an internationally acclaimed performer with wide and varied experience both on-stage and with clients. For the last 5 years, he has been running and performing in Australia's premier wedding and corporate outfit, Redtie Band. After coordinating and playing hundreds of events, he has now landed in London in search of rain and cooler weather and is open for business! Specialising in Piano & Vocals or Guitar & Vocals, his sound is Jazz, Soul, Contemporary and a real treat for the ears. He is the perfect performance for dinner music, canapés , wedding ceremonies, cocktail hours and anything where you'd want someone to set a real tone for the event. Adam was an amazing addition to our wedding day and we couldn't recommend him enough. We had such an amazing time and We've had so many compliments. He's not only a talented musician, but is also extremely understanding (we were a covid delayed wedding!) And helpful in every aspect of music and entertainment. Having Adam perform at our wedding was one of the best decisions we made. He played piano and sang at our jewish wedding ceremony followed by the drinks reception. Guests were in tears as I walked down the aisle to Adam's incredible vocals. Afterwards at the drinks reception, the songs were so great guests were dancing and having the best time ever at 3pm! Our guests absolutely loved Adam, he's incredible. When I heard him singing before I walked down the aisle I instantly felt calm. Adam was amazing in the lead up and he is one of the nicest guys ever, do not hestitate in booking Adam. We wish we could do it all again! Aimee & Lee

Adam has been putting on fantastic shows at 2 of my venues for over 2 years. He can do anything from easy listening background music in a romantic bar to capturing an audience at one of Brisbane's best live music venues. I always get great feedback from the event guests and bar staff after his shows and he is a pleasure to deal with. He is a professional performer with a great deal of talent and always brings a following to his shows. Adam has a great way with the crowd and has an impressive song list and can diversify his set to suit the environment. I'm sure it won't take long for Adam to generate regular interest after a few gigs in London!

I have worked with Adam for several years on many occasions to have him and the band perform at business gala dinners and corporate events. From solo, jazz duos to 5-piece bands, he’s able to take and respond to briefs diligently. He also has ample experience in sourcing other talent on request. Needless to say, Adam is gifted on stage and connects with the audience well both with his music and personality. Adam presents professionally both on and off-stage, is reliable and responsive. Customer questions

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

When you're organising an event, things change, times are different and it's bound to happen! I have played so many events where that's been the case even just before walking on stage! All I ask is that you let me know as soon as you can and we will make it work :)

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

In between sets, before I go on stage and while I'm packing away, I can provide music to suit.

How much time do you need to set up?

It depends on how much stuff I'll be bringing along but most of the time, 30 minutes will be ample. If you're unsure, lets chat and I can give you a better idea.

If I have a piano at my venue, are you happy to perform on that?

Oh yes. It's always a pleasure... as long as it's in tune!

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

The set list on my profile is a great indicator of what I can play and is by no means my entire repertoire. After I speak to you about the kind of music you want at all parts of your occasion, I'll choose the best songs I can to suit. And yes, you can choose as many of your favourites as you want, I just can't guarantee that I'll get to each one!

Are you able to bring your own piano or keyboard?

Yes, I come fully equipped with my own piano which will sound just lovely.

Can you learn song requests before the event?

Absolutely. Even if a song doesn't appear on my list, I may already know it. If it's something I need to go away and rehearse, there may be a £20 fee depending on the request.

What do your clients love most about your performances?

Nothing brings me joy like being heard and being enjoyed. I always have poured my heart into music and I know that you'll hear that too. But it's not all serious, I can be quite charming on the microphone when I really put my mind to it! I'll always do my best to play what I think the crowd will REALLY enjoy. Reading the room is all part of the job :)

Which venues have you performed at in the past?

I'm new to London but for the last 5 years I've been playing 3+ times a week with my band for weddings, corporate and private events all over Australia. Our reputation has taken us all around Asia, New Zealand & Hawaii too,.

Which artists have you been most influenced by?

Jamie Cullum had a very big impact on me when I was starting out. I respect anyone who can write and play from the heart, reach a crowd and bring people in. And a few more?... Norah Jones, Billy Joel, Elton John, John Mayer, Tom Misch, Emily King and of course, Stevie Wonder too!

What is the most high profile gig you've performed?

Music has taken me far and wide from playing to 2000+ at convention centres to a quant canapés hour at tiny wedding ceremonies. All have had their thrills but I'd say that my 6pce band at a 6 star resort for New Years Eve 2018-2019 in Phuket, Thailand was a night I'll never forget.
