Formerly, Accordi Strings. We provide sophisticated acoustic string ensembles for live events. In recent times we've been selected to play for events where the clients either work within the music industry themselves or require high quality craftsmanship to best reflect their brand. We are currently recommended suppliers to The Ravenswood, Highley Manor and Bignor Park. As individuals we have performed at Glastonbury, Royal Albert Hall, The O2 and Wembley. We've supported Andrea Bocelli, Aled Jones and taken part in UK & European tour of The War of The Worlds. We have also performed with London Concert Orchestra, Royal Philharmonic Orchestra and Royal Philharmonic Concert Orchestra. As an ensemble we have played at The Naval & Military Club, One Great George Street, The Wallace Collection, Philip Mould Gallery, Pangdean Barn, The Grand Hotel Brighton, Ashdown Park Hotel and Bodelwyddan Castle. Our ensemble is passionate about delivering high quality music specifically tailored to meet clients individual requirements. We have an ever-expanding repertoire covering classical to jazz to popular. We are sure to have something to delight clients of all ages. Using our in-house arranging service we are able to produce unique arrangement of songs you wish to have played at your event.

Can’t recommend them enough! Where to start…Sheraine and team were so friendly, extremely talented, accommodating when our wedding date changed three times and even learned a piece of music that we requested that impressed our guests so much that everybody sang as we left the ceremony! Accordi String Quartet played at our wedding at Hartsfield Manor recently and without doubt they were one of the best features of the day. They are the nicest people you can meet. Leading up to the wedding we had a few conversations with Sheraine about playlists and she put us at ease and took all of the stress out of music planning providing some superb recommendations. Our ceremony was beautiful and the gorgeous music had me in tears before we even walked into the room. They timed it perfectly with our walk down the aisle. Afterwards the gang played outside under an old oak tree - it looked amazing and really provided a central feature to gather around. They played all of our favourites and composed some ones that they knew we’d like - songs from LaLa Land and The Greatest Showman - nearly died when they came on - LOVED IT!!!! If you have any doubts about what music to have at your wedding then I promise that you’ll be so happy if you chose Accordi String Quartet. Thanks again for a wonderful day xx

Which artists have you been most influenced by?

Vitamin Quartet: they were the pioneers of pop covers and their arrangements are really creative.

What is the most high profile gig you've performed?

All of us have taken part in Jeff Wayne's War of the Worlds - we played to over 400,000 people over 3 weeks.

Do you have different line-up options?

Primarily we offer either a string quartet (4 players) or string trio (3 players) but we can also offer a string duo and much larger ensembles depending upon clients requirements.

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

It ought not to be a problem. Let us know as soon as possible and we'll do what we can to accommodate the change.

How much time do you need to set up?

We usually allow 45 minutes but if it's a wedding at a registry office we can be ready in under 10 minutes.

Can I pick the pieces you play from the set list?

Yes, of course! Each playlist is bespoke for each event we play at.

Do you bring all the equipment you need to perform?

We'll need either 4 or 3 chairs without arms but we'll bring everything else. If you know that lighting might be a problem, please let us know and we'll bring some battery powered stand lights.

Can you learn specific pieces before the event?

Yes! We're very keen to add new pieces to our song list. We charge between £15 - £35 for this depending on where we are able to source the sheet music.
