Focussing on developing her technique under Julia Kogan's tuition, she sets her sights on the operatic platform. She is comfortable performing all genres at weddings and events as well as in the theatre.
Born with a love of the stage, Abigail has trained in gymnastics, dance, acting and singing. Her theatre experience ranges from plays to cabarets; from musicals to monologues; from physical theatre to full length opera. Whether on a concert platform or in an abandoned warehouse, Abigail thrives in the theatre. Passionate about bringing a classical sound to the masses, Abigail also shares classical interpretations of popular songs through video.
She holds a First Class Honours Degree from the acclaimed Drama department at Hull University. Her final performance was awarded the highest mark ever achieved in the University's history. During her time in Hull, Abigail was given the honour of performing the leading role in three University Operas. At 19 years old, she channelled her playful innocence to sing the role of Gretel in Humperdinck's Hansel und Gretel and also played Rose Maybud in Gilbert & Sullivan's Ruddigore. Then at 21, she embodied the contrasting role of the seductress, Poppea, in Monteverdi's L'Incoronazione di Poppea.
