Qssence

Abayomi 'Qssence' Sosan started his music journey as a 10-year old choir boy in his home church in Abeokuta, South-Western Nigeria. After only a few months he became an Assistant Organist and Choir Master. At about this time, he was also one of two pianists at his Abeokuta Grammar School he was a student. Between 2002 and 2007, Qssence was keyboardist, then Assistant Choirmaster at the Army of Light parish of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Epe. In January 2011, he underwent a course in Electronic Music Production at the prestigious SAE institute and subsequently launched into the world of music production, working with Nigerian producers, Florocka and Mr. Wols. Qssence was also pianist and music tutor at Daystar Christian Centre and Quintessence Effects where he worked with a variety of talents on sundry projects before moving to England to join Gbedu Oluto (UK) as Pianist.
