Altagore are currently one of Northern Ireland's leading Irish folk/rock bands. The band is a genuine Irish band that can entertain any audience with Songs, tunes mixed with Northern Irish banter. The band has been honoured to share the stage with some of Ireland's top artists, Brain McFadden ( Westlife) Pete McKinney ( Waterboys) Frances Black to name a few. Altagore perform an array of songs from ' Christy Moore, The Fureys , Garth Brooks, Mumford & Sons to Thin Lizzy. The band were invited to perform at the 2018 St Patrick's celebrations in Dubai, playing support to ' Kodaline & The Coronas' at the media city amphitheatre, with a tour of Norway in September 2018. 2019 seen the band touring once again in Dubai, along with The Coronas with a 2wk Norwegian tour followed with a tour of Bahrain for the Arabian celts festival. The band offer a wedding package that covers the complete entertainment for the day in which options can be tailored to suit all requirements. Altagore use a 6,000w sound & lighting rig with the following instruments - Tenor Banjo Fiddle Guitars ( Acoustic / Electric) whistles Bass Drums ( Full kit) Distance is not a problem for the band, all inquiries considered, please feel free to contact the band today for a no obligation quote for your event.
