5-piece Band
London
Experienced five-piece band with soulful, raunchy vocals fronting blues-guitar-based rock songs written by the band mixed in with classics.

With a musical pedigree stretching back to the 1970’s, and various band members having played/toured with artists such as The Strawbs, Maggie Bell, Barbara Dixon, Mike Batt to George Michael, Sam Fox and AC/DC among many, many others, it’s hardly surprising their music resonates with the styles of Fleetwoood Mac, Primal Scream and Vinegar Joe. With Laura Long’s Elkie Brooks- style vocals fronting Tim Renton’s soul-snagging guitar expect a set that swings from delicate, gut-wrenching blues, to full-on liberating rock-til-you-drop festival anthems. They've played hundreds of gigs - from tiny pubs to festival stages and theatres. They've done Guilfest (twice), Ealing Blues Festival, Newark Blues Festival and Chichester Blues on the Farm; Limelight, Colourhouse and Queens Theatres; Crawdaddy Club in Richmond, and central London venues 02 Academy2 Islington, Clapham Grand, the Comedy Pub, Charlotte Street Blues and The 100 Club. 2016 saw them play at Kensington Olympia for the Custom Bike Show and support slots recently for the Steven Seagal Blues Band, and guitar legend Reeves Gabrels (Ex-Bowie, currently The Cure) on their UK Tours gives credence to their claim to exceptional musicianship.

What an astonishing night! From the first number 3 AM had us transfixed with their performance. With a repertoire which ranged from rock to blues, and with a few self-penned numbers thrown into the mix it was enthralling. The musicianship was fantastic, especially Pete with skilful keyboard solos and Laura's extraordinary vocal range. We didn't know what to expect - and we certainly weren't disappointed!
