19Eighties specialise in the best of the 80s songs, but also love playing a few songs disco hits of the late 70’s also. With a wide variety classics hits, the band provide you with a diverse set-list that caters for all tastes. We are based in South East/Surrey/Hants area and happy to travel to any location required. As a Power trio, we are very flexible and will cater to the event and budget requirements, we love what we do and are passionate about great 80s songs!. We can also expand the band with Brass and more musicians also if need be and we can offer a full lighting, sound and DJ set up for larger events also. Past shows include 80s Festivals across the UK, Warner Hotels weekenders, Beer Festivals, Public & Private charity Festivals, Private Parties and Corporate events, Weddings and 80s themed nights, and supporting acts like the Cutting Crew, Human League, Katrina and the Waves.

Fabulous! Performed at my 60th! They were fantastic! Every person at the Party complimented them! They had everyone up on the dance floor… it was seamless! The 1980’s were everything I hoped for and MORE!! 🤩

I booked 19Eighties for an awards show. They were fantastic musicians with a really full sound. Very professional, communicative and willing to adapt to last minute changes to the schedule. Great music. Great band. The full 5 Stars.

Customer questions

Will the singer be the same as who I see in the videos?

Yes, our main lead singer/keytar player is the voice of the band and the guitarist also sings a few songs also.

Do you have different line-up options?

We can offer a duo set up and on occasion can add a Freddie Mercury style singer who can join the band.

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

We are flexible and can accommodate to suite with notice.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

Yes, we can provide music/background music throughout and a full-blown DJ service if required for an additional fee of £400 which includes full-on disco lighting and a large sound system.

How much time do you need to set up?

Depending on size of the band or venue requirements we usually set up within 1-2 hours and require a space or stage of around 4x5m minimum but we are flexible.

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

Yes, we always offer you to choice a few songs to add to the set if we haven't already got it but can also play songs in the break or after the set Spoitify or the DJ (he can take requests).

Is all of the equipment (e.g. PA & lighting) included in your quote?

Most of the time, but if for a large venue or festival, we can either hire from our sound guy who we use for Large events or use the venues if they have it set up already (festivals/Clubs etc)

Can you learn song requests before the event?

Yes, this can be discussed beforehand at time of booking.
