Dan is a brilliant singer! He came to our colleague’s farewell party that we organised remotely from China, India and Bangladesh. He was amazing and stole the show! And delivered our message in singing which generated the first flow of tears. Thanks, Dan! You are the greatest musician of the world for us! Professional, flexible and convincing with your performance!!! I wish we could be there with you.

David McTea and the Swinging Magpies played for the Gold & Silver Wyre Drawers Livery Company in the impressive surroundings of the Prince Albert room at London Zoo. The music they chose and the way in which it was played was exceptional and just what we wanted. We did not want the music to be too loud to interfere with conversation going on in the room yet it was perfect for dancing to on the dance floor. So well judged. I would recommend the band for any event where quality is required.

Rachel was on time and very considerate. She listened to what I wanted and played a lovely well balanced set for us. People enjoyed her performance. Her playing was excellent and all I could have wished for. She also took the trouble to talk to my muso friend about her instrument. I would book her again no question.

Excellent. Alberto played beautifully and the conductor was impressed that he didn't need to say anything twice as Alberto picked it up intelligently. It was great to have Alberto in the orchestra and I would recommend him highly.

Extremely happy with the band. Great music, fantastic voices and amazing entertainment factor. Most importantly they sensed the vibe in the room and played to the crowd. So many great comments from guests and pretty much everybody was on the dance floor at some point in the evening. Highly recommend this band for wedding receptions.
