VerifiedMy wife’s girl friends organised a Baby Shower for her. It occurred to me fairly last minute that I should give my wife a surprise for the event. Encore came to my rescue and connected me to Ross. We spoke the night before the event and I was lucky that Ross had time the next day. What a great experience. Ross was quick to respond and very accommodating of our requests. He is extremely polite and puts people at ease very quickly. Given restrictions due to COVID we had to stay outdoors and keep to a total of six people. This meant the performance was very small and intimate. No PA system needed! Ross spent time with us like our friend (a talented one) and played for us as if old friends were meeting for a chilled afternoon. The selection of songs was great and his voice is excellent. In spite of it being a very small gathering, his performance was very effective and engaging. What a great time! Thanks Ross!! Look forward to seeing you again soon!

VerifiedJamie was amazing! He happily played the 3 specific ceremony songs I asked for, despite them being quite obscure! He also reached out to get some of our favourite songs so he could incorporate them too. Everyone raved about him on the day. Communication was always spot on and he did a lot of prep ahead of the day visiting the venue and joining us at our rehearsal, so I had complete confidence in him! Would 10000% recommend.

VerifiedMax was absolutely amazing! We had a small garden party (rule of 6) with family for my husbands 40th and Max really did such a fantastic job. He’s a lovely guy, great with children, dogs and the whole family loved him. He is a brilliant saxophone player and was so helpful with my song requests etc. I would definitely recommend Max and will be asking for him to preform in the future I’m sure. I know my friends and family would love to book him up for events soon too!

VerifiedWOW! Alex is an incredible musician, a wonderful person and played a superb part as an integral part of our wedding. With the obvious COVID problems our booking was over a year old and had to be changed on numerous occasions and Alex and Encore were great in any changes. Alex always kept in contact, was always on the front foot planning and asking questions making sure everything was just the way it needed to be. He would always go the extra mile, keeping in close contact, checking out the organ prior to playing, attending our wedding rehearsal and making the day so special. We will never forget the first time we heard him play Widor's Toccata at our rehearsal, it took all of our breathes away. On the day he was a joy, professional and always so personable. VerifiedWow what a voice! so soulful and delicate, conjured up emotions i didnt realise i could feel. Excellent performance and great person to work with. Georgia built a playlist especially for my wife's 40th birthday with incredible cover versions of her favorites and performed to 6 in our garden in line with the restrictions at the time. She managed to be wonderful and professional and ignore our young daughter trying to distract her! I was considering dropping a star on punctuality but just couldn't do it because the overall experience was so amazing! I think we started on time but i would have appreciated her here a bit earlier to set up.
