Dealing and communicating with both Encore and the band's manager, Rhona, have been easy, efficient and any worries (e.g. Covid-related) have been quickly, professionally put at ease. A very easy platform to use, thank you. The band themselves were fantastic and we had a fabulous evening - all our guests were up on the dancefloor by the end of the night and we've had some great feedback. Unfortunately the lead vocalist tested positive a few days before our wedding so there was a very, very last minute change of plan which was not ideal but luckily Rhona had already sorted everything and Najwa was an incredible back-up choice - she had such presence on stage, a fabulous voice and really made our evening. Thank you!! We couldn't have asked for more. Wouldn't hesitate to use any of you again! Anuschka & Tom xx

The choir were flexible with the variety of pieces we chose, some of which were self-arranged, and the short notice time of being given music because of covid. The service was professional, they sounded excellent and would highly recommend!
