VerifiedWow, what can I say? From the very first moment I made contact with her in 2020, to actually having our big day on 17th Sept, communication was impeccable & I could not have asked for more. Scarlett sent me links to her repertoire and it was very difficult to narrow down my choices so I asked if she would be willing to learn a specific country track which was very personal to my now husband and I. Scarlett jumped at the opportunity to flex her harp skills even further than they already are & said she would get to work learning my request. This song ended up being played as a surprise for my husband whilst we were signing the register. It was played with such precision that he recognised it instantaneously! She helped me navigate her amazing collection of songs to a final 10 to be played while guests were arriving and taking their seats. With an emergency change in venue due to the Queen dying and my original ceremony venue having to close, it was all hands on deck to make sure Scarlett's harp would fit through the narrow corridors of Chapel 1877. But no question was too big and I never felt like a burden and I asked a lot of questions! Scarlett maintained professionalism at all times. As for the quality of her "work", book her, you will not be disappointed. This lady is incredibly talented and you made my day so special to not just me but my entire bridal party. I will forever be grateful for all your help and support ❤️
