VerifiedCommunication prior to the event was limited, but Emma did respond to my queries. She arrived at the agreed time. Issues occurred when she started to play and after a few minutes said she needed a drink, then disappeared, after sending a guest to locate her she still wasn’t found, then after another search we were told she is waiting on the sofa downstairs for her chocolate milkshake and coke. After summoning her back up I had to stay with her and supervise her to ensure that she remains at the party and plays for the guests. Despite this she did play then took breaks at times that were not agreed.

VerifiedJukerox were booked at my wedding for the evening reception. Throughout the months leading up to our wedding, they explained the evening timetable and kept in touch with us through email. Kier, a band member, called us the week before the wedding to go over times, song requests, first dance song and provided dj set playlists for the breaks. They arrived promptly on the day and set up in plenty of time. The members were super friendly and put all their effort into the performance. The first dance blew us away. We chose ‘The Power of Love’ to be performed due to our love to Back to the Future’. Jukerox played a small intro from Back to the Future which came as a total surprise and started off the night of live music amazingly! We had family members who predicted we had spent 4K on this band as they were so impressed by how they sounded! They played all of our choices and got everyone on their feet all night. The lead singers voice was incredible and we could not have asked for a better night. My husband and I cannot recommend this band enough. It was a bit higher than our budget but it was worth every penny. We are so glad we chose Jukerox to perform. Thank you for being so brilliant!
