This was so simple and stress free, we booked Teresa for my dads funeral. Teresa’s voice is absolutely stunning and we felt her performance at the ceremony was an absolute gift to us, she really made such a sad time so special and beautiful. Teresa is second to none I can’t recommend her enough. Thank you Teresa.

We hired Alex for a business function in central London. His music was very well received and offered exactly the background music we were after as well as creating a lovely atmosphere. He's very talented. Alex was on time, easy to communicate with and very friendly. Very happy with how everything worked, thank you.

Amazing! It was so lovely to work with Kathryn and the group to create a beautiful bit of music for our wedding. They were so helpful and accomodating and went above and beyond to obtain sheet music and learn new pieces for us. Could not have been happier with them and the beautiful music they played for us. Wish I could have them all over again with time to just sit and listen to it all! Very grateful to have had them be part of the day.

Isabel was absolutely great at our wedding, she played beautifully and learnt a new song to play at our request. The guests loved her too. My only regret was that I wasn't able to listen to her play for longer on the day! Thank you Isabel

From the beginning of our contact with The Five Dollar Shakes, we were so impressed. We booked the band for our wedding in November 2019 via Encore. Ben, who responded to our request for a 'rock & roll band', was quick to respond to all our emails & arranged everything for the day perfectly. The guys arrived promptly & set everything up without any trouble. Their sets were amazing & had the dance floor filled for hours. They are obviously very experienced performers at events such as this, they knew how to entertain a large group of people. They kindly learnt a song for us to add to the set as well. Thanks so much Five Dollar Shakes - you were amazing! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend The Five Dollar Shakes to anyone.

Rachael was just great in every way, and we're so glad we had her at our wedding. Rachael was able to play really varied playlist, at our request, and didn't disappoint with any tracks. Our guests were blown away with her. We also appreciated that she added a few tracks especially for us, and turned up looking like she belonged at the wedding. I loved everything about You Say We Play. They helped us celebrate our wedding, with good cheer and great music. I loved that they managed to cover some of my favourite tracks, learning them especially, and their interaction with our guests was second to none.
