We booked Julia to sing a specific song at a funeral, with just over a week's short notice - this was no problem at all for Julia, and sent us a short sample of the song prior to us booking. Her communication and professionalism was excellent - she took on board all our requests, and was very organised, travelling over an hour to the church, arriving on time and singing with the voice of an angel. Julia's beautiful singing added such raw emotional depth to the service and we are so grateful to have such a wonderful everlasting memory. I wouldn't hesitate to book Julia again for any event. VerifiedCould not have been better. Great communication before hand to ensure they knew just what we were after. Arrived in plenty of time and set up promptly, and cleared away just as quickly. Played music on their PA system for us before, after and during intermission. And were overall friendly, laid back guys. Oh, and the music was great too. Everyone enjoyed it and a few were asking for the name.

VerifiedStepNSoul were such a great addition to our corporate Christmas party a few months ago - they were really engaging with the crowd and even after a two-hour set left everyone wanting them to stay for longer. They played all the right songs and definitely listened to the crowd too, getting many up to dance with them for most of the set. Katanya was great in the weeks building up to our event too with really clear and prompt communication which helped everything run so smoothly, while also being accommodating to our requests. VerifiedI needed a piper for my dads funeral but with everything else that I had to arrange I had left it quite close to the funeral day to find one. Through the Encore site we submitted our request and Craig answered after only a couple of minutes. He said he was available for the date and time we needed which was lucky for us. We booked his services. We messaged and spoke and he contacted our funeral director to liaise timings with him. They both Paged up to the Crematorium in front of my dads hearse whilst he piped Amazing Grace. It was very emotional, but also beautiful. Would wholeheartedly recommend his services.
