VerifiedWe had an absolutely fantastic time doing and outdoor Ceilidh with John for our wedding! He was very friendly and communicative before the event to help us figure out timings and logistics, was very understanding when things had run a bit late and thimings changed slightly and was incredibly professional in bringing all his equipment etc. We had a international group of 50 where about 3/4 had never even heard of a Ceilidh and some didn't speak English, but John explained and let us demonstrate everything so clearly and well that everyone managed to participate and enjoy themselves! For many of our guests it was an absolute highlight of the wedding. The dances John chose were perfect for the occasion - we had specified that we didn't particularly want the pressure of a "first dance", so he included everyone from the start but made sure to give us, as the newlyweds, plenty of moments to shine in little dances where we were partnered up. We also loved the dances he arranged for us where we got to dance with a range of different people from the party, meaning we'd pretty much danced with everyone by the end of the 2 hours! John had a very good feel for when we all needed a break and water, and managed to convince us all to come back to the dancefloor after a little break despite our tired feet. I could not recommend the experience more! Thank you John! :)

VerifiedBrian was brilliant from the moment we booked him for our drinks reception. He kept in contact and was happy to change the times about. On the day he set up inside due to the forecast but then quickly made the decision to move outside as it was dry. Brian went down a storm with the guests, we’ve had loads of comments from people about how much they enjoyed listening to him. I loved it and a few of us had a dance in the courtyard. VerifiedRelative Cool were Incredible! Hired them for our wedding and everyone loved them. They offer a great song selection and even learnt a few songs we asked them to perform. Definitely recommend if you want a live band for a great party! They kept everyone dancing through-out the entire evening. Would hire again!

VerifiedI commissioned Finn to provide musical entertainment for a elderly charity tea dance to partly celebrate the coronation but mainly to enable older people and people with physical and mental illness including dementia to have a lovely experience. Finn is a very talented pianist with an ability to play music from the 1940s to the present day. He was a real professional and everyone joined in to their ability. I can't recommend him enough. Thank you Finn. You made many elderly people smile today
