We booked LA Mixtrax for our wedding in June. From beginning to end they were FANTASTIC! We spoke to Baz a fair bit in the run up to the day, firstly to talk about our set list expectations, likes and dislikes and then closer to the time about the logistics of the day. He advised us on what he thought would work from his experience and was really happy to help with our plans, including facilitating us to run a karaoke session in the bands break! The band themselves were fantastic and had all our guests dancing all night. 10/10 would recommend booking them for your event!

Temple played for our wedding 3 weeks ago and what can we say but WOW! They were simply incredible all night, even getting people on the dance floor by initiating a conga 😂 This was topped off by the most beautiful rendition of castle of the hill for our first dance, which was so so special to us! We had the 5 piece band including sax who were all so talented and Wendy not only has the most gorgeous voice, but was also super prompt at replying to emails, for which we were very grateful. They were very accommodating of all our needs for the night and would not hesitate to book them again, thank you so much again guys for the best night!!

Absolutely amazing band, From start to finish they were brilliant. Such lovely people and their music was awesome. If I could have had them play all night I would have. Everyone was up dancing to them. Definitely be booking again when we have another party 🤩

We couldn’t have chosen better musicians for our wedding day. From the ceremony through to the last dance, everything was absolutely perfect. Our guests were gushing about the music all day and it’s the first thing people mention talking to us about their day. On top of that they are such lovely people; Kira, Marc and the whole bad and not least Kirsty who organised everything with us seamlessly. Thank you so much!

Really excellent band. Had a lot of comments from the attendees that the band pitched it just right, lots of dancing with some classic rock thrown in as requested! Would definitely recommend them! Also, they were no fuss with the set up and clearing away, and very chatty and friendly, really great fun!

We booked The Solar Flares for our wedding last year (sorry for the late review) and they were absolutely fantastic From the first minute they started playing to the very last song, the dance floor was packed. If you can, book them!!! Thanks guys for helping make an unforgettable day even more fun!

Honey Soul Live were an absolutely incredible addition to our corporate event - their setlist was perfect and they got everybody up dancing, even forming a dance circle at one point! Cannot fault this band, 10/10. Thank you Honey Soul Live!

Apollo Brass were such a wonderful addition to our wedding. Of course they were professional and all but they were also SO talented and a huge hit with the crowd. They welcomed our guests and played during cocktail hour and it was such a vibe. The people at the pub next door even enjoyed their performance 😉 Thank you so much for being part of our day and making it this much more perfect. We’d definitely hire you again for other events and will be happy to recommend you to anyone looking 🎺

Juvenoia played at our wedding and were absolutely fantastic. Great communication throughout, arrived on time and set up efficiently. Guests commented all night about how good they were, excellent list of nostalgic songs. Hope to see them perform again if they’re in the area. Thanks guys!

Wow what can we say! Relative Cool performed at our wedding reception and were just amazing. We had so many compliments on how good they sounded and the music. My partner and I knew we wanted live music at our wedding party but didn’t personally know of any musicians who would be able to help. Having searched for a band online, we came across The Rival Kings, a four piece whose repertoire matched our taste of classic rock and party music. We made an enquiry which Russell, a member of the band, answered promptly, and our decision was made……. What a great decision that turned out to be! In the lead up to the party, Russell was in touch to establish and plan for any of our requirements, and he liaised directly with the venue, making everything hassle free for me. On the evening of the party we arrived at the venue to find the band had already completed set up and sound check, and were on hand should we have needed them at any time before the pre agreed set times. Once the band started playing, the dance floor remained full all evening. They knew what the crowd wanted and absolutely delivered. A perfect blend of genres across the ages. The band played 3 x 45 min sets and even played a playlist through their PA system during their breaks. I would 100% recommend The Rival Kings to anybody looking for live music, and I would certainly book them again should I arrange another big party. Dean Leow

I know I’m repeating a lot of comments on here but this band made our wedding, they were fantastic from start to finish. We had Chris and Gabrielle play the ceremony and then play a couple of sets in the afternoon and they were brilliant. They learned some songs for our ceremony and nailed them. We had so many fantastic comments about them from our guests. Their sets through the day were superb as well, some brilliant songs which kept our guests entertained, couldn’t have asked for more. In the evening they were joined by the wider band who took it to the next level for the party. The songs they played they filled the floor all night and performed them first class. They even learned the song for our first dance and just made it extra special. So many good things to say about them, they were so professional throughout the entire event I wish I could do it all again. Thank you so much Relative Cool, you made our wedding, you were brilliant in every way! We will definitely hire you again for any event in the future!

Absolutely brilliant band and great guys. Great communication from start to finish. Learned our song for the first dance and did a beautiful job of that. Arrived on time and very patient and understanding as we had to start late. They created a brilliant atmosphere and the guests loved them. We loved them. Need another event so we can book them again! Thank you for making our wedding celebration so memorable xx
