VerifiedDom was amazing at our Platinum Jubilee Picnic - it was freezing cold in a windswept field with just a tent for Dom - but everyone that went of all ages loved Dom's singing and playing, the choice of music and we all got up and danced for the last few songs!!! VerifiedUnfortunately cannot recommend, absolutely would not use again. We were unhappy with communication from this band, impolite conduct and constant problems with arrangements. We came close to cancelling and requesting a refund but did not due to time constraints. Initially the band would not provide any more material other then a few songs on their profile, we had no say in our set list and often waited over a week for replies to messages. The communications from band head singer were unprofessional, unhelpful and slightly rude throughout, several guests on our day commented on how she appeared unhappy and salty, to our obvious dismay. We endured constant disagreements over set lengths, set up and arrangements in the months leading up to our wedding, ie we payed for 3 hours and the band only wanted to play for 2 hours. Furthermore we had constant disagreements over locations of sets and musicians, despite clear instructions from ourselves. The band attended the venue late, therefore were not set up in the locations we asked for and did not follow instructions that were provided repeatedly before the day, trying to set up for their last set in the wrong place. The performance was average, making us wish we had cancelled and avoided all the fuss, the band left without saying goodbye or checking in with us. Two weeks before the performance we had reached our limit and offered for the band to back out, they however declined, but we wished we had cancelled and saved all the fuss and negativity.
