Emma booked ZHL STRINGS for a wedding

The performance was absolutely fine. I chose ZHL Strings from your website having carefully consiudered other options. They appeared to have good reviews and our communication via the webiste was very pleasant. On the day however, just a few minutes before the ceremoney began, one member of the quartet was extremely rude to me which I was so astonished by, I didn't say anything in reply. I was talking just n ext to them to the minister who `I have known for a while, and as people were sitting down taking their seats I asked (a man - possibly Jim but I'm not sure), if they wold be able to start playing. He very rudely repld that hey wold not be starting until the booking time of 1pm. It was approx 2 mins to 1pm and I wojld have been very happy for them to have stolpped 2 mins early! He also then made a very loud personal comment about me (I am mum to the groom) to the rest of the group who looked embarrassed. This was rfeferencing the fact that I was rather stressed - I had done all the flowers, cake and decorations, order of service and booking of the minister singvl-handedly! The minister heard it and contacted me the next day to say how rude she though his behaviour was. Since I was the client and the person who booked the group I am extremely disappointed that we did. This is the only part the wedding that was in any way less than fantastic. It was completely unnecessary and hurtful. Sadly I cannot recommend them for this reason.
