VerifiedKavel was a very polite and professional musician. He arrived at the agreed time and quickly set up with time to spare. He had saved my day by stepping in at the last minute, as I was let down by a previous booking due to the transport system being cancelled. Kavel was spot on with the steel drum and played with confidence and even gave us a bit of time extra over what we had paid for. which was much appreciated as it made our evening even better. It was my daughters 30th and baby shower combined and it made her cry happy tears so many times. We normally holiday in Barbados every year and I thought if we cant get there to hear them drums I would bring it to her - spot on Kavel. Many thanks x

VerifiedGold were absolutely perfect for our wedding ceremony. Their voices were beautiful, their pianist brilliant and the song arrangements they sang were angelic, and a pleasure to listen to. All three of the trio were also professional, friendly and just great people to work with. Can't recommend them highly enough and if I ever have a need for a choir again I know exactly who to go to!

VerifiedI just wanted to say what a pleasure it was to work with Just About Functioning. From the moment we made the booking they were joy to work with. We selected a bunch of songs we wanted played and songs we didn’t want to play and the band filled in the gaps to complete our set. We also asked them to play 3 songs not on their list and they more than happy to learn them for our wedding. (they were from soft rock to hip hop) The band worked directly with the hotel to sort out arrival and setup times. We also had a DJ and the band took the lead to liaise with the DJ to ensure the playlist didn’t clash, so these were tasks taken of our shoulders. They started off by singing happy birthday to our son who just turned 18. Before playing our song (Iris) they had just learnt for the first dance, which went down perfectly and set the tone for evening. Our third song we asked for was Jump around which went down brilliant the dance floor was electric, it went so well they had to play it twice. The dance floor was busy all evening. Everyone commented on how much they enjoyed the band. This also included the bar staff at the hotel. The evening would not have been the same without them.

The groom and I were very very happy with them. They were so accommodating as well as my wedding day was postponed twice due to covid 19. I can’t recommend them enough 🤗🤗
