VerifiedOur first booking through Encore and for a band chosen 'on-line' too, we were a little nervous leading up to our event (a celebration garden party with circa 170 guests). Any nervousness was totally unfounded: there was excellent communication from both Encore and Fan Club Acoustic prior to the event; the musicians arrived on time, quickly setting up; they accommodated our requested era of music, playing and singing beautifully. Friendly whilst maintaining professionalism throughout, Fan Club Acoustic were a delight to be playing at our event. They really helped to give it the atmosphere and make it the success we had hoped. During the event and since the event we have received many compliments from our guests for Fan Club Acoustic. We highly recommend Fan Club Acoustic and booking through Encore too.

VerifiedEmma and her husband played at our wedding in August 2023. They sang so beautifully - and all of our guests had said how lovely it was to listen to them both playing and singing so softly whilst we ate. They helped to create a real feeling of intimacy and were integral to the whole enjoyment of our special day. It was a wonderful day, and we could not have chosen a more perfect couple to compliment our day. The ceremony was beautiful and walking down the aisle with my dad whilst Emma sang and played was a truly magical moment. They were both perfect. Communication was amazing, price was great, overall brilliant experience!

VerifiedI cannot recommend The Good Trouble Trio highly enough. They played at our wedding reception and myself, my wife and all of the guests were loved what they did for us. In advance of the event itself they were really flexible in terms of timings and songs we wanted included. On the day this flexibility continued as we were running a little behind schedule and they adjusted their playing timings accordingly. In terms of the music, we all absolutely loved it. Great choice of songs - really varied and perfect for the mood of our event. And most importantly, as musicians they are undoubtedly first class and put on a great performance! As I say, I cannot recommend them and thank them highly enough. Sadly, I don't plan to get married again soon so can't rebook! But I will most certainly book them again if and when I need a high quality trio to take an event up to the next level.

They learnt a song especially for me to walk down the aisle to which was so appreciated. Every guest at my wedding commented on how amazing they were and I would highly recommend to all my friends that are getting married in the next few years!
