We booked City String Ensemble for our Wedding, Sophie was very helpful both before booking, helping to advise us on whether to book a Trio vs a Duo or a Quartet, and after booking, helping to recommend music choices for both during the ceremony and afterwards during the drinks reception. City String were excellent on the day. Would definitely recommend

Dear Caroline and Luke, A really BIG THANK YOU to both of you for the wonderful music you played at our very small wedding ceremony at the Guildhall in Windsor on 3rd September. You truly made us feel at ease and we were both very happy and emotional when you played our favourite classical and more contemporary pieces. You made our day very special and truly memorable! Kind regards, Warren and Paolo

We employed the services of Sonore String Quartet for our intimate Civil Wedding service on the 14th Sept at The George Hotel, Stamford, where they played for the service and after in the garden. Beforehand Kathryn corresponded brilliantly. Their presence and performance helped to make one very special day. Thank you so much, Sarah & Floyd

I wanted to say a huge thank you to Caroline and her equally talented trio.... These guys played at our wedding in March 2019 and they were amazing. Excelled our expectations & were truly exceptional. Not only did they make themselves available at 6 weeks notice but also agreed to a Persian music arrangement....I loved their ‘nothing is too much trouble attitude’ and it really made our ceremony special and memorable to us and our guests. I would have absolutely no reservations in recommending them. Shireen & Phill xx

Great String Duo! We recently booked The Element for our wedding ceremony & reception, and having them on the day was one of the best decisions we’ve made. We received so many compliments from our guests. The repertoire was so beautiful and our bespoke entrance / exit music pieces were so well played and so on time. They were professional, reliable and fit in the day so well - absolutely wonderful performance - thanks so much for helping us to create our dream wedding. Will definitely use again for future events.

I would highly recommend Caroline and her team, they were absolutely amazing at our wedding. All the guests commented on how lovely the music was. They played everything that we asked including music that wasn't on the list. Communication leading up to the wedding was excellent which really eased the stress of wedding planning! Please don't hesitate to book the element string duo as they honestly helped to make the wedding of our dreams!

City string ensemble played at my wedding 10th August and they were fantastic with great feedback from all the guests! Super professional and talented musicians with a versatille playlist. The only downside was we couldnt enjoy the full set as being pulled away from reception by photographer!! Thank you all, Matt. :)
