Harpist Karolyn Witcher

Karolyn Witcher is a Detroit-born harpist whose musical journey began at age sixteen, when she first discovered the instrument that would shape her life. She went on to study at Oberlin Conservatory, where her classical foundation deepened, and her artistic voice expanded. Early in her career, Karolyn gravitated toward jazz, blending its improvisational freedom with the harp’s elegance to create a sound uniquely her own. Her performance history spans community orchestras, restaurants, and intimate venues, and includes a standout moment onstage with the legendary Aretha Franklin. Now based in Las Vegas, Karolyn performs as a solo harpist for weddings, private events, and local coffee houses, bringing soulful warmth and versatility to every space she plays.
