Hi there!

I’m so excited to join the Customer Support team at Encore to help facilitate the fantastic service that this platform has become known for!

My musical beginnings started off very traditionally with piano lessons at the music school followed by practice on the keyboard at home. It was soon established that I had talent – talent for what had to be audiological assault. After a few years of practising scales and butchering everyone’s favourite pieces, it was unanimously decided by myself and my family that I was not going to be the next Lang Lang or Yiruma. 

To make up for this disappointment I’ve since gone on to pursue Medicine, and so currently double up as a full-time student when I’m not providing out-of-hours support. I never quite got over my appreciation for the arts, so I’m incredibly grateful to have the opportunity to help people experience live music by gifted and passionate musicians. 

Outside of work hours, you can catch me creating my 67th suspiciously specific Spotify playlist, hunting for the latest eateries, or cutting shapes on the dancefloor.
