Hi everyone!
I couldn’t be more thrilled to be joining the Encore team at such an exciting time. I am delighted to now be taking on the role of Customer Support Specialist, working with Perrine and Veronica to provide exceptional service to all of our customers.
My affinity for music began when I started singing as a treble in my school’s chapel choir. At around the same time, aged nine, I also took up the piano and, after several years of progressing very steadily through my grades (read: drudgery), I found great pleasure in learning to play by ear and covering songs by artists I admire. I must admit however that the lockdowns of the past year have provided a unique opportunity to get in the scales practice I had been putting off for the last 10 years.
I am a linguist and studied French and Spanish at the University of Exeter. It was also whilst at university that I took the next big step in my musical journey by joining the all-male contemporary a cappella group, Semi-Toned. I went on to become musical director of the group, one of the most rewarding experiences of my life, and led the group on several international tours, TV appearances and shows at the Edinburgh Fringe.
Most evenings and weekends I can be found in the kitchen, honing my sourdough recipe or preparing an elaborate Ottolenghi feast for my four housemates.
As we (hopefully!) leave the pandemic behind us, I am honoured to have the opportunity to help our customers in securing musical experiences they will never forget.
