Harpist
Indianapolis

I am a professional harpist with a passion for creating moments of magic through music. For me, performing isn’t just about playing notes—it’s about connecting with people on a deeply emotional level. Music has a unique way of transcending words, and I love how the harp, with its ethereal sound, can bring warmth, joy, and a sense of wonder to any occasion. Whether it’s a wedding, a private event, a corporate gathering, or a public concert, I aim to craft a musical experience that leaves a lasting impression. My journey with the harp began in childhood, inspired by its delicate, enchanting sound. Over the years, I pursued formal training, earning my qualifications through a combination of conservatory study and private mentorships with renowned harpists. This rigorous training has equipped me with both technical mastery and the interpretive skills necessary to bring every piece of music to life. I have spent countless hours refining my technique, exploring a wide range of musical styles, and developing a performance style that is both polished and expressive. One of the aspects that sets my performances apart is my extensive and versatile playlist. From classical masterpieces to contemporary favorites, from film scores to jazz and folk arrangements, I curate music to suit every mood and audience. I take pride in tailoring my repertoire to the unique character of each event, whether it’s creating a serene, romantic atmosphere for a wedding ceremony or adding an elegant, sophisticated touch to a corporate reception. My goal is always to ensure that the music complements the event seamlessly, enhancing the experience for everyone present. Professionalism is at the heart of everything I do. I understand that every event has its own rhythm and demands, so I arrive fully prepared, with all equipment meticulously tuned and a detailed plan to ensure smooth execution. I prioritize clear communication with clients to understand their vision and adapt in real time if the needs of an event change. Punctuality, reliability, and a polished stage presence are as important to me as the music itself, because they allow my audience to relax and immerse themselves in the performance. Some of my performing highlights include collaborations with local orchestras, featured solo performances at prestigious venues, and being invited to perform at high-profile weddings and corporate events. Each performance has taught me something new about connecting with audiences and adapting my music to suit different spaces and atmospheres. These experiences have deepened my love for the harp and reinforced my commitment to delivering an exceptional musical experience every time I perform. Ultimately, what makes my act incredible is the combination of passion, skill, versatility, and professionalism. I strive not just to play music, but to create memories—transforming ordinary moments into extraordinary ones through the timeless beauty of the harp. Every performance is an opportunity to share my love of music, to enchant and inspire, and to leave my audience with a sense of joy and wonder that lingers long after the final note.

Customer questions

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

My deposit can hold any available date--so if you need to reschedule and your next date is available, I will move your deposit. If the date is already booked, the deposit is nonrefundable but I will hep you find another harpist. If you are simply changing your time on the same date, that is no problem as I do not double book.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

I can provide recorded music during breaks if needed.

How much time do you need to set up?

30 minutes is the minimum of amount of time needed to unload, set up and tune the harp.

Can I pick the pieces you play from the set list?

I love to work with you to make your wedding music unforgettable and I love the opportunity to work on new music. If this is a multi-hour event, the theme of your project and guest reaction will help keep the playlist appropriate.

Do you bring all the equipment you need to perform?

I have the harp, all music, my music stand, seating and lighting if needed. I am prepared to play acoustically for your event.

Can you learn specific pieces before the event?

With enough notice, I am excited to learn new music, however not everything is suitable for solo harp. I also caution clients to be wary of songs heard online as they may have audio enhancement that I cannot replicate as a solo musician.
