FAQs
How much does it cost?
It's free! You have access to everything Encore offers free of charge. We only ever take a fee when you receive a booking. This is 20% of your total performance fee. Unlike some agencies, we don’t hide this amount - so you can always see the commission split when you quote.
How do fees work?
You set your own fees. They'll need to be above our minimum rates to unsure you don't undercut other musicians. We publicly track the average amount our musicians get paid in the Accountability section of our Values page.
How do I join?
You can create your profile by entering your email above and clicking "Join now". Or reach out to our musician recruitment specialist Giulio at [email protected] and he'll be happy to help.
Can anyone join?
Yes! Anyone can create an account - but to be able to publish your profile live and respond to customers you'll need to have professionally produced promo videos (which will be vetted for quality by a member of our team). The competition is high, so Encore is best suited to musicians who are already gigging on a professional or semi-professional basis.
