Will was born in London and grew up in Bath, Somerset. He achieved performance diplomas in both piano and clarinet, and is currently studying biochemistry at the University of Exeter. Will started piano lessons at the age of 5 and clarinet lessons at the age of 8, and took every opportunity he could to perform. Some memorable school performances include Einaudi: Le Onde age 11, Joplin: Maple Leaf Rag age 14 and Ravel: Jeux d’eau age 17. Throughout his secondary education, Will played as lead clarinettist in the School orchestra and Clarinet ensemble. He was always invited to play at solo concerts, some memorable performances Joplin: Maple Leaf Rag age 14, Rachmaninoff G sharp minor prelude + Bartok Dances in Bulgarian rhythm age 16, Ravel: Jeux d’eau age 17. Will is now studying Biochemistry at the University of Exeter, and performs in the symphony orchestra and clarinet ensemble.
