Oliver Wolfe trio

The Oliver Wolfe trio is an energetic modern jazz trio led by film composer and Jazz pianist Oliver Wolfe. The Oliver Wolfe trio seeks to push the boundaries of the art form and are not afraid to take creative risks. The Oliver Wolfe trio has a strong writing presence and includes a vast majority of originals in their live sets. The Oliver Wolfe trio draws upon a wide variety of styles and influences both from extraneous sources and from internal writing and improvisatory influences which culminates in their unique voice. The band consists of Bass, Drums, Piano and occasionally a special guest on a lead instrument. Oliver Wolfe is a Jazz pianist and film composer from North London. Having graduated with a first-class degree in Film music composition from the University of West London, he has gone on to form his own band, to compose music for numerous film directors, and to perform as a session musician for numerous international producers. “Oliver swings so hard, too much fun to play with“ - Andy Davies, trumpeter.
