Tamara is a true Soubrette and enjoys entertaining at private parties (such as birthdays, stag & hen nights), weddings and corporate events.
Tamara Stein studied singing in Munich and London, where she also studied dance, acting and creative writing. She started performing professionally in TV and film, followed by a stint in theatre before she moved into opera. More recently she has been concentration on recital and concert work. She has won several smaller singing competitions around London, taking home prizes with ‘outstanding’ and ‘distinction’ in opera, operetta and song. She appeared in venues as varied as Hylands House (Essex), The Barn Theatre and The Komedia (Sussex), The Hawth Theatre (Surrey), South Hill Park (Berkshire), at Park House in Cheltenham (Gloucestershire) and in London at Cadogan Hall, Queen Elizabeth Hall, St John’s Smith Square, St James Piccadilly, The Pleasance, The Steiner Theatre and as a soloist in countless churches from Hampstead to Streatham. Currently, Tamara sings with Chelsea Opera Group Chorus.
