Sunny Davidson

Sunny Davidson has over 25 years of experience as a performer and over that time he has built up an extensive repertoire of beautiful guitar arrangements of French and Breton tunes that will infuse any occasion with the romance and mystery of Gallic culture. Sunny's performances are perfect for weddings, engagement parties, anniversary parties or any occasion where a continental ambience is one what fits the bill. Sunny has honed his musical skills in such bands as Dragonsfly and Celtech over the years and has been constantly developing his unique guitar style and repertoire over that time. During frequent trips to central France and Brittany, whilst visiting Instrument makers festivals and "Fez Nozes" (traditional Breton folk dances), he became steeped in the rural, continental idiom that flourishes there and it's the poignant, haunting and often deeply moving melodies that he discovered during these travels that find expression in his solo guitar sets. Using a combination of lively multi track pieces which are layered on a loop station and at other times playing elegant solo guitar arrangements of tunes, Sunny is able to privide a warm, full and resonant sound sound which is the perfect accompaniment to those moving moments in life.
