Stroma are a London based ceilidh band providing ceilidhs for all sorts of events ranging from weddings to office parties. Our energetic traditional folk music and friendly "caller" (dance instructor) will guide you and your guests through an exciting social evening of dancing. We cater for guests of all ages and experiences - our caller will talk through all the dances and give you the opportunity to walk through the moves before the band joins in. As well as ceilidhs we can also provide music events - from background music for functions to public gigs. Our band features experienced musicians on the folk scene, who have appeared with various acclaimed bands on the scene.

If required we can also provide songs to accompany your event or break up the dances. We specialise in contemporary arrangements of lesser-known traditional songs but can also perform well-known tracks to get your guests singing along!
