Stephen gott pianist is an excellent musician based in the U.K

Acclaimed pianist Stephen Gott (27) started piano at the the comparatively late age of 14 after a chance hearing of the early piano music of Claude Debussy. After sheer hard work, under previous tutors; David Nelson, Penelope Roskell (Trinity-Laban Conservatoire) and currently under Pascal Nemirovski (Royal Birmingham Conservatoire), Gott has excelled in a relatively short space of time. Stephen has had numerous appearances on BBC Radio and Television, most notably a live recorded performance of Liszt’s “Spozolisio” in 2009 at Huddersfield Town Hall. Gott loves performing works by the great composers; Bach, Beethoven, Chopin and Liszt, to name but a few, with the required poise, lyricism and virtuosity. Gott has performed in masterclasses to world renowned pianists such as; Andrei Gavrilov (Sviatoslav Richter’s protege), Paul Roberts (Guildhall School of Music and Drama), Pascal Roge and DR Leslie Howard. He has had the privilege to give concerts at prestigious venues such as Halifax Square Chapel Centre of Arts, Halifax Victoria Theatre and St Alfage’s in Greenwich, London, University of Oxford. Gott has eclectic musical interests such as Music Production, Organ and music from 80s to the present day. He is also a keen amateur footballer, winning numerous awards “Calderdale Player of the year 2006”. Recently he has received an unconditional offer to further his studies at the University of Huddersfield from September 2019.
