Rosalind has been playing the flute for almost twelve years. She has been a member of a variety of ensembles including the National Youth Wind Orchestra, and Berkshire Youth Orchestra and most recently the Amadeus Orchestra. Since being at the University of Bristol Rosalind has been heavily involved in all types of performance, from Symphony Orchestra to Pantomime to New Music, and was a recipient of the JH Britton Fund for Music in 2015. Studying the flute under Liz May, Rosalind has been focussing on late Romantic and twentieth-century flute repertoire. Outside of performance, Rosalind enjoys getting involved in classical music broadcasting, having worked with BBC Music Television at the 2015 Proms.
