Customer questions
What if my timings change after I've booked you?
We try our best to flexible so we will try our best to accommodate this if it occurs.
How much time do you need to set up?
We usually set up about an hour before the performance but we can be ready very quickly if this is not possible!
Can you roam around while you perform?
Yes, we are free to move if this is required. We can also play sitting or standing based on your taste and the length of the set.
Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?
Yes of course! You are free to pick from our list of repertoire on our profile. Also we do our best to take requests to suit your needs - as long as there is enough time to prepare!
Can you learn song requests before the event?
Yes, we can usually accommodate up to three song requests for an event but we are happy to discuss this further! This may come with a slight extra charge.
What do your clients love most about your performances?
We offer varied and exciting performances with a high degree of professionalism. We are eager to cater to the needs of our audience and have a wide range of repertoire and playing styles to aid us with this.
Which venues have you performed at in the past?
We have performed countless times at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama in different venues around the buildings. Other places we have been lucky to perform include Cardiff National Museum, 10 Feet Tall Cocktail Bar, St Teilo's Church and many more.
