Porscha started playing at an early age and always had a love for dreamy, floating sounds. She grew up with influences from Classical music and her grandfather (a passionate saxophonist) calling crescendos to her playing - he liked dramatic movie themes. Moving up to college she had the responsibility of the Musical Director role for a show in her Performing Arts class, this opened her eyes to the accompanying side of a pianists life and often played for exams, performances and even went on to support the Musical Theatre module at Brunel University after her studies there. Brunel opened her eyes to the quirky Contemporary styles and improvisation in Jazz - once not being able to play without scores she grew able to float around the keys hoping for the best. After a quick contract sailing the Baltic Sea with the ivory keys she now has residency at The Spice of Life in soho, bringing bright sparkle to Saturday afternoons. Porscha has also played in an electro-pop band singing sweet harmonies and bounced on the electric bass in her dream folk band, King Compass. She's open to many styles and themes.
