Amy was brilliant, we would 100% recommend. So many of our wedding guests commented on how great she was - not just her mixing skills but the energy and vibe she brought - she was always dancing in her DJ booth which we loved! She was very accomodating of all our requests and had great communication at all points of our wedding.

Amy is an amazing DJ who made her mark at our corporate party and had everyone dancing, even those who are wallflowers! Everyone at the party commented on how great and infectious her energy was, which helped encourage the shy dancers to dance. From my very first contact with Amy, I found her to be very professional. It was clear that she was invested in my event being exactly what I had hoped for. I found all my conversations with Amy really helpful and professional. On the night, Amy created a fantastic vibe, through the music and her energy. What do your clients love most about your performances?

It would have to be my energy! I have a great ability to read a room and decide what the crowd are feeling, I'm always having the best time on stage too and the audience really appreciates that!

Which artists have you been most influenced by?

I'm inspired by music from all over! I absolutely love city pop, bossa nova and filthy 90's hits! I have a sweet spot for the music of Hall & Oates and Donna Summer. In terms of DJ's, I love everything Folamour and Flamingosis have released, they fuse nostalgia, synths and energy to create something really special.

What is the most high profile gig you've performed?

I wouldn't necessarily say the most high profile, however it would have to be somewhere which has given me a repeat booking, or in some cases, a residency. For me, that's a real sign of success, if a venue has loved what I've done and repeatedly booked me on a weekly / yearly basis to be in charge of the music for their special events.

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

I always try our best to be flexible to help ensure your event runs as smoothly as possible. If timings change slightly in the run up to the event just let me know and I can amend!

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

Yes! I can provide a playlist (or you can send me one) for music to play before my performance, this is a great option to get people in the mood. Should there be multiple sets throughout the day, I can provide this playlist service to play in-between the scheduled sets.

How much time do you need to set up?

I usually arrive and set up 1.5 / 2 hours before the scheduled performance time.

Can I pick the pieces you play from the set list?

I encourage you to get in touch beforehand so we can discuss the feel for the night or if there are any genres/artists that are an absolute must; and also which ones to avoid. Based on this I will curate a set with your music in mind! I'd highly recommend creating a reference playlist!

Do you bring all the equipment you need to perform?

Yes!

Can you learn specific pieces before the event?

Should there be any songs that are particularly meaningful or absolute favourites, let me know beforehand and I can slot them into the set. I also take requests on the night should anyone have any last-minute additions and I will try my best to work them into my set.
