Naomi is a recent graduate of the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama where she gained a BMus (Hons) and a MMus Music Performance (joint principal study - saxophone and clarinet). During her time at the college, Naomi was the recipient of a full Arts Council of Wales Advanced Study Scholarship and an EMI Sound Foundation Scholarship. Over the course of her studies, Naomi was the recipient of the Howarth's Single Reed Prize and performed with many of the college's ensembles including the RWCMD Symphony, Opera, Concert and Wind Orchestras on both saxophone and clarinet. Naomi is also a founding member of the Adventus Saxophone Quartet with whom she won the June Emerson Launchpad Prize, as well as performing in functions and recitals across South Wales. Since graduating from the college, Naomi has a busy life as a freelance musician as well as a busy teaching schedule. Recent performances include performing the tenor saxophone solo in Ravel's Bolero with the BBC National Orchestra of Wales, Walton's Facade, and touring Beethoven's Fidelio with OPRA Cymru.
