joined Scottish Division as musician in 1982. played at high profile engagements including playing for Royal Family at Holyrood Castle, Edinburgh Tattoo and Queens Birthday Parade. 1987 attended Kneller Hall School Of Music studying Alto Sax, arranging and composition 1991 played in victory parade in New York in front of Prime Minister and President of USA for 1st Gulf War 1992 left the Army. Played in numerous cover bands playing both sax and drums. 2005 joined Humberside Police Concert Band
