Customer questions

Do you have different line-up options?

Yes, we can do a solo guitarist, guitarist and singer, guitar, vocals and bass, or a quartet with a drummer or horn player added.

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

We try our best to be flexible to ensure everything runs smoothly. We will normally stipulate a latest time that we must leave by.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

Absolutely. This is a really popular request and we actually offer this service for free. If you'd like a DJ service via our PA after the final set until the venue closes, we provide this for an additional £100

How much time do you need to set up?

We usually set up about 1 to 1.5 hours before the performance time. As we are a small group, this normally does not take long at all. As soon as our PA is set up we can provide a free playlist service to help set the atmosphere and get your guests ready for our live performance!

Can you roam around while you perform?

We do not normally do roaming performances, However, we can adapt to be an acoustic duo if the venue is right. In which case, we can then move about the venue while we play. We are happy to discuss this.

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

Our set lists are crafted from countless performances and learning what works best to ensure guests are having a great time. However, we're definitely happy to chat through and make sure we find what works for your event.

Is all of the equipment (e.g. PA & lighting) included in your quote?

Yes, everything is included.

Can you learn song requests before the event?

If a song isn't included in our song list there may still be a chance we already know it. If there is a special song you'd like us to learn we are happy to do this for you. There is a fee of £30 for this service to take into account rehearsal times etc.

What do your clients love most about your performances?

Our clients love our energy, our smiles and our ability to get people in the mood for dancing. Our classic song choices are sure to get everyone involved in the party.

Which venues have you performed at in the past?

We have performed all over the UK, including at venues all over London and Kent.

Which artists have you been most influenced by?

We take inspiration from old jazz standards and classic jazz performers, as well as classic soul and motown, such as Stevie Wonder, Ray Charles, Aretha Franklin and more.

What is the most high profile gig you've performed?

We regularly perform at The St. Pancras Renaissance Hotel in London.

Lydia's rich tone paired with Tom's lyrical playing is wonderful to hear. They were a delight to have at our wedding reception.
