Leonie is a professionally trained violinist and is available to hire for weddings and other events.

Leonie started learning the violin at the age of 6, and during her time at school was a member of various orchestras and ensembles. She toured around Europe and also performed in the Music for Youth Proms in the Royal Albert Hall. In September 2014 she received a scholarship to study the violin at the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire, where she studied with the renowned soloist and chamber musician Susanne Stanzeleit, and graduated with a music degree with honours in July 2018. Since being in Birmingham, Leonie has been involved in numerous pit orchestras for musicals, and successfully auditioned for the role of co-principle second violin in the City of Birmingham Symphony Youth Orchestra in 2015. Leonie is a committed chamber musician and is the first violinist of the Artume Quartet. As well as an aspiring chamber musician, Leonie is fond of teaching violin to the young generation. She currently works for Birmingham Music Service and is a trained Suzuki violin teacher.
