Hello, my name is Krzysztof. I am a bass player, with experience in playing synth bass, upright bass, the flute, backing vocals as well as live and studio programming.
The styles I play include Latin, Folk,
Country, Jazz, pop, rock, hip-hop, RnB
and gospel. I am very versatile and able
to adapt to many styles and situations. I am classically trained, but cut my teeth on the London session scene and am equally comfortable playing by ear or reading from a score, whatever the situation requires.
I have my own equipment and
transport. The venues I have played at, nationally and internationally include headlining the Jazz Café;; Lumen festival in Slovakia to an audience of 8,000, plus their national T.V audience;; The Dominion theatre in Tottenham Court Road;; Ealing Jazz Festival;; the National Youth Jazz Orchestra;; a plethora of other venues in and around London.
I was also Musical Director for Cleo Sol on Island Records
