Kornelijus Pukinskis was born in Šilalė, Lithuania in 1997. He started playing the saxophone aged 9. Everything began from the time Kornelijus entered The School of Arts, where he discovered classical music. Following that, at age 15 Kornelijus started studying jazz music in Vilnius Juozo-Tallat Kelpšos Conservatoire. Kornelijus's taste in music always was different from the others. Most important to him is free and avant-garde jazz but also undiscovered new forms, sounds and other art forms, which really inspire him. Kornelijus has played in many bands: The Magic Time Orchestra, Juozo Tallat-Kelpsos Conservatoire big band, a few straight-ahead jazz groups and in a co-op band with friends called - Cosmic Trio. At the moment, his main group is Trio SIN, which performs throughout Lithuania, from the capital Vilnius to War Base "Rukla". The trio has won Vilnius Jazz festival prize for the "Most original composition" twice. Kornelijus has played with well-known European interdisciplinary art performer Arturas Bumšteinas, free jazz musicians Jan Maksimovič, Arkady Gotesman, and Arnas Mikalkėnas.
