About Keats Quartet

String quartet
St Albans
Public liability insurance of £10 million
An outstanding, versatile ensemble, the Keats Quartet plays across the UK, lending charm and sophistication to a vast array of events.

An outstanding, versatile ensemble, London based Keats Quartet has been thriving since its formation in 2011, performing in concerts and at events nationwide. Regularly giving recitals exploring both the rich tradition of popular quartet repertoire and lesser-known works, the quartet has played across the UK including at the Norwich Chamber Music Festival, Peterborough Cathedral, Glastonbury Abbey, Wells Cathedral, and in London, Cambridge, Birmingham, and Edinburgh. They are pleased to tour the Scottish Borders as part of the Borders Live Touring scheme, and in spring 2015 they travelled to Malta to play in a music festival on Gozo. The Keats Quartet enjoys entertaining at many prestigious occasions, including a reception for HRH Duke of Edinburgh at the Cutty Sark, a private dinner for the First Sea Lord and Chief of Naval Staff at Admiralty House, and for events at The View From The Shard, Warwick Castle, the Turkish Embassy and on HMS Belfast. The quartet is equally happy performing on both ‘modern’ and period instruments (complete with gut strings!), and has worked in collaboration with ensembles such as the Choir of Clare College, Cambridge, the Early Music Wells Consort, Epworth Choir and new opera company Black Robin Opera.

Very satisfactory. Punctual, talented, pleasant and self-reliant (I was busy and may have neglected them a little!) All in all top drawer.

From other customers:

James P, 7 years ago

We hired Keats Quartet for our wedding and they were reliable, personable and hugely talented. Having the quartet play as she walked down the aisle is and will always be one of my happiest memories. Would definitely recommend them.

Alice C, 2 years ago

We had the incredible Keats Trio at our wedding and they were just fantastic. Really couldn't have asked for more. Such talented girls and always had smiles on their faces. Thanks so much for helping to make our day even more special!!
