“The UnSwung Heroes are a joy to watch. Their seamless swing arrangements of modern-day tunes, combined with fabulous renditions of swing classics, are impeccably executed.

Wow! What an amazing band – UnSwung Heroes absolutely made our wedding in April. It was a rather alternative venue - tipis on the edge of a cliff in Cornwall which could have been an issue to some bands but they took it in their stride and were brilliant. Totally professional organisation and communication in the run up to the wedding and on the day itself. They even arranged a particular piece of music which was special to us. The band played an incredible range of styles to accommodate our rather eccentric requirements from classical music before and during the ceremony, to Jazz whilst having bubbly and canapes through to the full swing band in the evening. They even accompanied our Clash of Knights equestrian mounted tournament with a Monty Pythonesque ‘soundtrack’ which was hilarious and had everyone laughing and cheering despite the howling wind! The evening swing band performance was fantastic, just a perfect end to a wonderful day. Even people who don’t normally dance were up on the dance floor and 7 months on I am still hearing from guests how much they loved them. The band couldn’t have been more helpful, we were let down on the day by the DJ who was meant to be playing music through the feast and at the end of the evening but with the help of a friend’s laptop they magically had music playing…they definitely went above and beyond to ensure that our day was as perfect as it could be. It would not have been the same without them. I cannot recommend UnSwung Heroes enough.
