I started playing from the age of 8. Since then I have graduated from Chichester University with a music performance degree. After completing my degree I travelled to Malaysia where I worked as an instrumental teacher at an international school for 2 years. Whilst in Malaysia, I was lead trumpet in the British Academy of Performing Arts Big Band. I am currently Principal Cornet of Aylsham Brass Band and also play regularly with City of Norwich Brass Band who are a 3rd section band in the London and Southern Counties area.
