About Jack

Jack is training at London College of Music. He specialises in Musical Theatre. He also sings party music from swing to current chart hits
Singer (tenor)
Worcester

After playing many lead roles in Youth Theatre I am pursuing a career in Musical Theatre at London College of Music. In April 2018 i sang at the Mayor or Worcester’s Concert and received a standing ovation for my rendition of Music of the Night. I also reached the finals of Austin’s talent competition in Birmingham 2018 and since then I have been performing in gigs all over Worcestershire during the summer. When I go back to London in September 2018 I am still available at weekends to sing. I love singing songs from Musicals and I also enjoy singing Swing, Rock and Roll and present day hits. I have a very wide repertoire of songs that I can sing to suit the audience. Always happy to answer any questions - please feel free to message me

But the performance of the evening went to Jack Giblen who was excellent throughout and as good a Jean Valjean as you would ever see.

There were however some actors whose performances need special mention. Jack Giblen was superb as Jean Valijean. His voice sounded very mature for his age and could match many professionals who have previously taken on the role. His rendition of ‘Who Am I’ and ‘Bring Him Home’ were outstanding. Added to a good voice was convincing acting and characterisation.
